• 1 cup spelt flour
• ½ cup almond flour
• ½ tbsp olive oil
• ½ cup water
• 1 pinch salt
• 4 tbsp tomato paste
• 100 g ZENZO Cheddar (choose from Original, Garlic & Herb, Cumin Seed, Smokey Paprika, Mozzarella), grated
• 2-3 ripe tomatoes, sliced
• 2 tbsp green olives
• 1 tbsp sliced jalapenos
• ½ cup fresh basil leaves, roughly torn
