- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced, about 1 1/2 tsp.)
- 12 oz. frozen cooked winter squash (take out several hours earlier if possible)
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 18 - 20 oz. spinach ravioli (preferably refrigerated or frozen)
- 1 cup low fat milk (or use any variety)
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
