• Salt and cracked pepper, just enough for your taste
• 0.25 teaspoon chili flakes if you want some heat
• 0.5 teaspoon dried basil
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 25 g Parmesan, shredded fresh
• 1 egg
• 60 ml whole milk
• 50 g breadcrumbs
• 450 g ground beef or half beef half pork
• Fresh basil leaves (for topping, if you want)
• Salt and some more black pepper, add as needed
• 1 teaspoon sugar, use it if your tomatoes are too tangy
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 800 g canned crushed tomatoes
• 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 small onion, diced
