Spicy Korean Style Soy Dipping Sauce | Just A Pinch Recipes
This sauce is wonderful in combination with my recipe for Little Asian Mama's Mandoo/Potstickers. However it works just as well with purchased frozen potsticker
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) to 1.5 t of sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) distilled white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon(s) water
- 1 clove(s) garlic, cut into 4 or 5 slices, for steeping
- 10 slice(s) thin slices (or so) of fresh jalapeño
- 3 tablespoon(s) 4 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) crushed red chili flakes
