• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 1/4 cups pecans or walnuts chopped, divided
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine (1 stick)
• 1 2/3 cups REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips (10 oz pkg.)
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk(14 oz, not evaporated milk)
• 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Mildly Sweet Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
