Ingredients

• 500g beef mince
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 carrot, chopped
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 2 tbsp plain flour
• 1 cup beef stock
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 cups mashed potatoes
• 1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
