Warm and Tasty Reuben Bake - cookrisp

Ingredients

• 6 cubed slices of rye bread
• 1 pound of corned beef from the deli, chopped up
• 1 cup of Thousand Island dressing
• 2 and a half cups of shredded Swiss cheese
• 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
• One can (16 oz) of sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
• 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds, optional
• Freshly chopped parsley for topping, optional
