Ingredients
- 1 pound of spaghetti or bucatini (or your favorite pasta)
- Kosher salt (to salt pasta water)
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 12 ounces of spam (1 can)
- 2 ounces of shredded or grated parmesan cheese
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 eggs
- 4 ounces of kimchi (cut into smaller pieces)
- fresh blacked pepper
- crushed red pepper or chili oil (to taste)
