• 2 ounces nonfat cream cheese
• 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
• 1/3 cup nonfat milk
• 2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
• 2 Tablespoons chives, chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 black pepper
• Six 6 ounce ripe tomatoes with flat bottoms
