Chicken & Mushroom Cups recipe by Fahimah Amin

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 125g butter
• 1 cup cold milk
• 2 cups cubed chicken
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 100g butter
• 1 punnet mushrooms
• 1 cup diced peppers
• Green chillies to taste
• Salt to taste
• 3 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) (a South African Spice)
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 250ml fresh cream
• 3 tablespoon maziena
• 215g sweetcorn
• 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
• Add chicken and mushrooms, stir fry for a few minutes.
• Add pepper and spices, pour cream and maziena.
