Yeast Dough Alloo Cheese Paratha / My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon yeast
• 3⁄4 cup warm water
• 2 cups snowflake flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 2 1⁄2 teaspoon plain yogurt
• Potato about 3 big or 4 small :
• ½ teaspoon whole jeera seeds
• add ½ teaspoon ginger garlic
• ½ teaspoon ground green chili
• add the mashed potato
• add pinch haldi
• salt
• ½ teaspoon dhana powder
• ¼ teaspoon jeera powder
• some chili owder
• ¼ teaspoon garam masala ( optional )
• allow this all to cook .
• 1 cup grated Gouda cheese frozen or cold from fridge ( I used frozen )
