• 2 cups (500 ml) chopped celery
• 1 cup (250 ml) chopped onion
• 2 tsps (10 ml) organic thyme leaves (club house)
• 1 1/2 tsps (7 ml) poultry seasoning (club house)
• 1 tsp (5 ml) Lawry's Seasoned Salt
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) pepper ground black (club house)
• 12 cups (3 liters) dry unseasoned bread cubes
• 4 cups (1 liter) chicken broth
