HOT CHICKEN DIP - Tailgate Guru

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 to 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
• 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup chopped green onion tops
• 3 tablespoons chopped jalapeno peppers (3 to 4 whole peppers out of the jar)
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon chili power
• 1/2 teaspoon coriander
• 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
