HOT PIMENTO CHEESE DIP (Adapted from Katiescucina.com) - Tailgate Guru

Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
• 2 cups grated sharp cheddar (+ more for the top)
• 1/2 cup mayo (I used Hellman’s)
• 1/2 cup (one jar) chopped pimentos, drained and blotted dry
• 2 TBSP green onions, sliced
• 1 tsp Italian parsley, minced
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp hot sauce (I used Tabasco)
