• 1 cup butter
• 1 ½ cups brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 3 tsp vanilla
• 4 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 eggs
• 3 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 250g cream cheese, cut into small cubes and brought to room temperature
• 1/4 cup of white sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 2 ½ tbsp sour cream (can substitute plain yogurt)
• 2 ½ tbsp of whipping cream
• Raspberries (or any berry), frozen or fresh
