• 1 egg
• 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried parsley, crushed
• 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

• 2 cups shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese, (about 8 oz.)
