- 100ml of water
- 150ml of condensed milk
- 150ml of whole milk
- 6g of Vege-Gel, (powdered)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 100g of milk chocolate
- 100g of cocoa butter
- hundreds and thousands
- gin, in a spray bottle
- 6 strawberries, cut into quarters
- 1 handful of freeze-dried strawberries
- 200g of strawberry coulis, in a squeezy bottle
- milk chocolate, melted
- red vein sorrel leaves
