Ingredients

• ½ kg lamb chops
• 4 tablespoons ghee (Clarified butter)
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 2 teaspoons crushed red chillies
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon red ginger garlic
• 2 tablespoons white vinegar
• 2 tablespoons Amina’s peri – peri braai (bbq) marinade
• 1 cup mixed veg cheese as desired.
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 ½ cups milk
• Salt
