- Add 3 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter) to pot
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
- 1 teaspoon green chilli paste (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic or sliced garlic
- Little mixed herbs and rosemary
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon white pepper or black pepper powder
- Add some finely crushed black pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely crushed Akalwaya pickle masala
- 2 tablespoons chops and steak spice or any braai (bbq) spice
- add creamy pepper sauce
- And any creamy salad dressing
