Ingredients

• 1 yellow onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 2 15oz cans great northern beans
• 1 15oz can of whole kernel corn
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp cumin
• 3/4 tsp oregano
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 2 4oz cans diced medium green chilies
• 8 oz cubed cream cheese
• 1/4 cup half and half
• avocados
• sour cream
• tortilla strips
• shredded Monterey jack or Mexican cheese
