• 1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)
• 1 medium onion, diced (150g)
• 2 cloves garlic, minced (6g)
• 1 tsp ground cumin (2g)
• 1 tsp dried oregano (1g)
• ½ tsp ground coriander (1g)
• ½ tsp chili powder (1g)
• 4 cups chicken broth (950ml)
• 2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed (about 480g total)
• 1 can diced green chilies (about 115g)
• 1 cup corn kernels (160g)
• ½ cup heavy cream (120ml)
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened (115g)
• Salt to taste (about 1 tsp = 5g)
• Black pepper to taste (about ½ tsp = 1g)
• Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
