• For the Roasted Snap Peas:
• 6 oz Earthbound Farm Organic Snap Peas
• 1/2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 1/8 tsp black pepper
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder
• For the Pumpkin Dip:
• 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
• 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• A pinch of nutmeg
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
• 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
