Summer Vegetable Marinade & Sauce Recipes for Grilling
A bright and flavorful vegetable marinade for grilling a wide variety of summer veggies, that even works for beef too!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Tablespoon each: fresh basil, sage, and rosemary (chopped)
- 2-3 pounds fresh summer vegetables (rinsed and cut into pieces)
- OR 1-2 pounds beef (such as rib-eye steak or tri-tip roast)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 heaping Tablespoon prepared horseradish (from the jar)
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1-2 Tablespoons chives (cut into small pieces)
- salt and pepper to taste
