Ingredients

• 2 cups Paella rice
• 18 Little-neck clams
• 18 Large shrimp
• 1/2 cup Clam juice
• 6 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Medium onion
• 1/4 cup Fresh parsley
• 1 Medium tomato
• 2 tsp Saffron
• 1 Red bell pepper
• 1 Green bell pepper
• 2 Lemon
• 1 cup Green peas
• 1 tbsp Paprika
• 2 tbsp Garlic paste
• 1 cup Water or more as needed
• 1 tbsp Salt
