• 3 tablespoons / 50g Butter
• 1 lb / 500g Mushroom (sliced)
• 3 shallots or ½ red onion (finely chopped)
• 7 oz / 200g Sour cream or cream
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• ½ teaspoon Black pepper
• 1 stem / ¼ teaspoon Thyme
• 2 cloves Garlic
• ½ cup / 125ml White wine
• 1 lb / 500g Mushroom
• 1 tablespoon / 15g Butter
• 2 shallots or ½ Red onion
• 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
• 1 tablespoon Parsley (chopped)
• ½ cup / 125ml Chicken broth or water
• ¼ cup / 25g Parmesan (grated)
• 1 tablespoon Corn starch to thicken the sauce if desired
