Mayonnaise Chicken recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 1 kg Cut Up Chicken
• 3Tblsp Oil
• 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic
• 1 teaspoon Garlic
• 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
• +-1 tablespoon Red Ground Chilli paste or to Taste
• ½ teaspoon tumeric (Optional if u want colour)
• 1 teaspoon Dhana jeera mix
• 1 tablespoon finely crushed Black or white pepper or Lemon Pepper
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 tablespoon any Chicken spice
• +-¼ Cup Mayonnaise
• Add the above Marinated
• And add to pot when Chicken is almost done
• ADJUST THE SALT CHILLI AND SAUCES.
