There are a bazillion turkey soup recipes on here but not this one. I like a really chunky soup so you may wish to alter the amount of barley you use
Ingredients
- 1 turkey carcass
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 3 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 small white onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 1/2 cups pearl barley
- salt and pepper
- chicken bouillon granule, optional for additional flavoring
