- 100 g light brown sugar
- 250 ml vegetable or sunflower oil
- 375 g gluten free self-raising four
- 3 medium to large apples
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 150 g dairy free spread
- 150 g icing sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
