Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 lb ground pork
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 cup diced onion
• 2 tbsp diced garlic
• 1 cup chopped parsley
• 1 tbsp plus 2 tsp Omnivore Salt
• ¼ cup plus 2 tbsp Omnivore Sicilia Sauce
• 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup ricotta cheese
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• ¼ cup milk
• (2) 28 oz. cans crushed tomatoes
• ½ cup of fresh basil leaves, tightly packed
