• 3 tbsp flour of choice
• 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
• 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter of choice
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 3 tbsp maple syrup or agave
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4-1/2 cup milk of choice (if necessary)
• 2 tbsp chopped nuts
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips of choice
