• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 1 orange
• 3 whole star anise
• 2/3 cup honey
• 1/2 of a vanilla bean pod
• 2 bottles dark red wine
• 1 pear
• 1 cup apple cider
• 1 cup pear cider
• 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
