Ingredients

• 300 g all-purpose flour (2 ½ cups)
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp salt (3 g)
• 50 g unsalted butter (3 ½ tbsp)
• 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
• 100 ml heavy cream (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
• 40 g Parmesan cheese, grated (⅓ cup)
• 1 tbsp truffle oil
• 5 g black truffle, freshly shaved (optional, for garnish)
