Ingredients

• 1 lb ground meat , beef or turkey
• 1/2 C onion , finely chopped
• 1/4 C bread crumbs , dried
• 2 cloves garlic , minced
• 1 eggs
• 1/4 C parmesan cheese
• 3 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp parsley , fresh, minced
