Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons EACH: lemon juice AND honey
• 2 ½ cups sugar, divided
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 lb. raw nuts
• 2 cardamom pods
• 1 ¼ cups unsalted butter, melted
• 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
• 2 tablespoons rose water
• 1 lb. phyllo dough, thawed in the refrigerator overnight
