- Waffle batter for 7-8 servings (use boxed or homemade!)

- 1/4 cup sour cream (room temperature)
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 whisked egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (I used blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
