Blueberry Scones with Orange Butter – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour (spoon & leveled), plus more for hands and work surface
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, frozen
• 1/2 cup heavy cream plus 2 tablespoons for brushing
• 1 large egg
• 1 and 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 1 heaping cup of fresh or frozen blueberries (do not thaw)
• 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
• 2 tablespoons Fustini’s Blood orange olive oil
