Chicken Bake (simple) recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 1 kg cut up chicken pieces
• 1 teaspoon ginger & garlic
• 2-3 tablespoon tomato puree
• 2 ½ teaspoon red chutney
• 1 ½ teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
• ¼ teaspoon tumeric
• 1 heaped teaspoon dhana jeera mix
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon black peper (optional)
• 1 tablespoon or more Vinegar
• Little whole Jeeru (Cumin)
• Few blobs of butter when baking
