Chicken Bake recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• (Or drumsticks)
• 1 heaped tablespoon ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon crushed red chilli
• 1 ½ teaspoon chilli powder
• ½ teaspoon garam masala
• 1 level teaspoon dhana jeera mix
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• ¾ teaspoon tumeric
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• ½ can tomato puree
• 2 tablespoon yoghurt
• Pinch of saffron
• 3 tablespoon oil
• 2 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter)
• Add all the marinate to chicken .
• Add water if required to soften the chicken pieces
• 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
