• 1 toast slice wholemeal bread, crusts removed, soaked in the milk
• 2 Tbsp milk
• 1/3 cup chives, finely chopped
• 1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup grated tasty cheddar cheese
• 2 Tbsp tomato paste
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 8 slices cheddar cheese
