• 3 cups dark chocolate chips see note*
• 1/2 cup coconut oil melted and cooled
• 3 large eggs
• 5 tablespoons ghee or grass-fed butter
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
