Ingredients

• 4 large eggs
• 2/3 cup + 1 tbsp oil
• 1 3/4 cup coconut sugar
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk, well shaken
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 3 cups almond flour
• 1 cup tapioca or arrowroot starch
• 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp coconut flour
• 1 cup cocoa powder
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup palm oil shortening or dairy free butter (if not paleo), softened
• 1/4 cup coconut milk (remaining from the cake)
• 1/2 cup cocoa or cacao powder (more for a richer chocolate flavor)
• 6 cups powered coconut sugar or regular powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
