- For the cocoa mixture:
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup flour
- salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the topping:
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange food coloring
