• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1 4oz can sliced mushrooms
• 1 10oz can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 & 1/2 cups cooked rice
• 1 8oz can sliced water chestnuts,drained
