• 2 ounces vegetable oil
• 6 ounces rainbow sprinkles
• 6 oz white chocolate (or candy melts)
• 1 oz warm water
• 2 teaspoon gold dust (see notes)
• 3 drops oil
• 28 ounces powdered sugar
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
• 4 ounces heavy whipping cream
