• ½ of a yellow onion
• 3 whole cloves of garlic
• 8-10 sprigs of cilantro
• ½ tsp ground coriander
• ½ tsp cumin
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp salt
• ¾ cup white vinegar
• ½ cup water
