• 1 loaf focaccia
• cut into 4 pieces then cut each piece in half
• 4 tbsp. prepared basil pesto*
• 1 cup baby spinach leaves
• stems removed
• 1/2 cup roasted red pepper
• thinly sliced
• 1/2 medium red onion
• 4 slices provolone cheese
• cut to fit inside bread
