• 250 g ground beef
• 0.25 tsps dried thyme
• 0.5 tsps dried marjoram
• 0.25 tsps dried basil
• 1 Tbs olive oil
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 0.5 trimmed fennel bulb
• 1 medium red bell pepper
• 400 g canned tomatoes
• 120 ml beef broth from 1 cube
• 80 ml white wine
