Ingredients

• 300 g Pie dough:
• 125 g butter
• 3 dl wheat flour
• 1 tbsp water
• Stuffing:
• 300 g grated Västerbottensost cheese®
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups whipped cream
• 1 pinch of black pepper
• 1/3 leek
• Browned buttercream:
• 50 g butter
• 3 dl crème fraiche
• salt
