Rich Västerbottensostpaj® with kale Västerbottensost®

Ingredients

• 80 g light sifted spelt or wheat flour
• 100 g butter
• 2-3 tablespoons cold water
• 500 g frozen kale, chopped
• 2.5 cups cooking cream
• 3 eggs
• 2 dl Västerbottensost®, grated
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 pinch freshly ground black pepper
• 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
• Butter, for frying
