Beef Kebabs recipe by Salmah Dendar

Ingredients

• 1 kg beef mince
• 1 tablespoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1 teaspoon ground green chilli ( u can adjust )
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 teaspoon dhana powder
• 1 teaspoon jeera powder
• 1 tablespoon robertson bbq spice
• 1 tablespoon roberston chicken spice
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) (a South African Spice)
• 2 finely chopped onions remover water
• handful crushed fried onions
• handful dhania (coriander) (coriander)
• handful spring onion
• little fresh mint chopped
• handful bread crumbs
